Have you ever wondered what it would be like if a globally successful TV series were to be moulded into a toe tapping, edgy musical? Well Chris Martin from Coldplay gave it a shot and teased us with GoT: The Musical.

In a pitch where the British band tried to wow the creator, George RR Martin, the cast and crew strained their lungs in order to get the show on the road. You had Jon Snow serenading to his wilding love in a unique cover of ‘Wild Thing’, Danaerys rapping along to an original tune ‘Rastafarian Targaryen’ and not only that, we saw the rebirth of big, Robert Baratheon attempting to get in the mood by showing some soul.

The whole set is a real pleasure to watch and what’s more, it’s all for a good cause in the form of the US version of Red Nose Day. Considering it’s not even a tiny bit real and it would probably never happen (I know, it’s heartbreaking), we’d love to see it smashing Broadway and it’s no doubt we’d watch it for the pure GoT factor!

Surprisingly Kit Harrington pulls off the gritty rocker scene really well and let’s not forget to mention how awesome Emilia Clarke’s voice is as a reggae star. With witty humour and great inside banter relating to the show, this is some genuine comedy gold and you shouldn’t miss out on the brilliance that is in store.
