You may or may not of heard (more than likely you did), that at the weekend the annual MTV music video awards were taking place, and with that, came just a few headlines of interesting news. Normally renowned to celebrate the success of specific artists doing justice to their trade, the VMA’s this year were overshadowed by an array of other things and my goodness, were they shocking. Ever since the announcement of Miley Cyrus being the presenter, we should have know this show was going to be a fun-filled affair.
So, here at the SPG, we thought that if you haven’t already heard of the hard hitting headlines that came up at the event, we best inform you, so without further or do, this is what the show had to offer…

And after she presented Nicki Minaj with her award, Miss. Minaj had a few sparing words towards Miley…
But apart from the beef there, Justin Bieber got a new hair do…
And also broke down on stage…
Now, finally the big one that’s been on everyone’s lips, Kanye West received a prestigious vanguard award… And then went on a massive rant about being the new millennials, and then announced he was running for President in 2020.
WHAT. AN. EVENT. No words can actually explain how crazy this show really was.
