Pizzas, chips, instant noodles and all kinds of fast foods seems to be students’ best friends. It almost takes no time and effort to prepare and is really affordable, but is it all worth our health? Here are some useful tips to help you stay healthy during university:

1.Stay hydrated
It seems obvious but most of us tends to forget about it. Water flushes out toxins from the body and is really important when it comes to maintaining your health and well-being. Did you know that the first sign of dehydration is fatigue? If not, maybe it is the time for you to incorporate more water in to your lifestyle and feel energized without drinking coffee or energy drinks.

2. Get plenty of sleep
Sometimes it is difficult to keep up with uni work and socialize at the same time, but you need to prioritize what is most important, which is your health. If you are struggling with meeting deadlines and having some rest it is time to learn about time management.

3. Discover the power of fruit and veg
They say you are what you eat and that is so true. If you eat fast food all the time you are not going to feel good and alive, instead you will be tired and might even suffer from headaches or stomach aches. So take care of yourself and try to eat at least one fruit/veggie-contained meal a day, and you will see an immediate difference.

So do not waste your money on instant meals and start to invest in your health from now on. You will not only feel better, but your skin will also improve.
