How to Get up Early

We’ve all been there, your alarm goes off and you lay there debating whether you really need money to live. You realise you’d actually enjoy your job if you didn’t have to wake up at stupid o’clock, but unfortunately, that’s not the case for most of us. Waking up is one thing, but getting up is another; here are some tips to get you out of bed in the morning:

Alarm – Wake up at the same time every morning. Your body will become conditioned to wake up at this time and regulate a good sleep pattern.

Don’t snooze – You won’t be getting any extra sleep. It’s just dozing and it weakens your thought process in the mornings. Your mind will start to completely ignore the alarm bells.

Take the first step – The hardest part is getting out of your bed. You’ve gotta take that first step and get the worst part over and done with.

STAY awake – Instead of dragging yourself through your morning routine, get your body moving! Exercise is great in the morning as it gets your heart pumping! If you don’t have time for that, try moving through your morning routine without stopping and resting.

Be organised – Have your clothes, work stuff, and breakfast all ready for the morning. Getting up is easier when you have less to do.

Plan a great day – Plan out a kick-ass outfit, a delicious breakfast, grab your coffee and go make that money! A positive mindset brings positivity all round!
