Prevent the Common Cold
With winter lurking around the corner, so is the dreaded seasonal cold we are all almost guaranteed to suffer from. But there are ways we can at least try and prevent that from happening!
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands as cold viruses enter your body through these areas.
2. Drink the recommended amount of water each day; this keep your body working more efficiently and make sure your immune system isn’t slacking.
3. A healthy diet is important! If your body has all the nutrition it needs, there’s no reason it can’t fight a cold virus more effectively! |
