Work Out Triggers
Working out what triggers your stress in the first step to solving them or working around them!

Time Management
Work out what time of day is best to accomplish certain tasks! And being punctual never hurt anybody!

Learn to Accept
Things can’t be perfect all the time! Accept that some things won’t always go as planned but it that doesn’t mean the end of the world!

Bedtime
Go to bed earlier instead of staying up late worrying about everything you need to do. Staying up late won’t solve the problems and you’ll only be too tired to solve them the next day!

Breathe!
Take deep breaths and realise stress is just your bodies way of telling you to slow down and take it easy.
