Q1. For anyone who hasn’t heard of Tom Zanetti yet, how would you explain yourself and your life to them?

I would describe my life as very, very hectic and suprising! As a person, I would describe myself as a bubbly, positive, and extremely hard working guy.

Daniel Bedingfield “Got To Get Through This”! I remember buying this when I was about 12, and I used to love it. I think I got it from HMV.

Q3. What’s been your most memorable career moment?

My most memorable moment was being given a platinum plaque for one of my big singles from 2017 “You Want Me”. I keep it on the bottom of my stairs, so every time I come down the stairs I see it, and it makes me feel good.

Always be yourself and be persistent, as it doesn’t happen over-night for everyone. Always keep going.

Q6. Can you tell us a bit about the creation process for your latest track ‘Make It Look Good’?

I heard a clip of it on his Instagram and I said let me use that tune, I’ve got a vocal for it. So he sent it to me, I recorded it and it happened!

Q7. What is your favourite thing about creating house music?

It gives you goosebumps when you create something good, when you get a good rhythm! I like to make people dance and feel good.

Q8. Can you tell us a bit about your company ‘sleepin is cheatin’?

I run the company with my partner Kane, and started it around 8 years ago. We now run a string of festivals, catering for up to 10,000 people, and have had successful album compilations with Ministry of Sound and ran some amazing parties over the last few years across the world. We have also won an award for being the best night in Leeds.

Q9. Do you have any big projects planned?TQ9B4383

Keep your eyes peeled on my socials, lots coming up although I can’t reveal anything yet.

Q10. Who influences you?

It’s a real range of different DJs, composers and producers. My influences are so varied from artists like MK, Rough Driverz, Basement Jaxx, Eminem, Biggie Smalls…

Q12. What scares you?

F*cking moths! I hate moths.

Q13. Most embarrassing moment?

Falling off stage in Belgium a couple years ago.
