The American band’s headline show on November 12th has been upgraded from Dingwall’s to Camden’s KOKO.
Demand from fans, following the bands sold-out debut London show this week at Hoxton Square Bar and Kitchen, has led to the venue capacity upgrade.
The Lumineers have become one of the biggest success stories of the year in the US, having sold over 300,000 copies of their debut self-titled album and 760,000 single downloads and 7 million Youtube views of their debut single ‘Ho Hey’ in less than 7 months through the independent Nashville-based label, Dualtone.
‘Ho Hey’ is currently #1 on the Alternative radio chart in the US making The Lumineers only the fourth independent band to have topped the chart in 15 years.
