After a long awaited return The Maccabees storm back to the music scene with their new single ‘Marks to Prove it’.
This track will be part of the group’s highly anticipated fourth album and in account of the three year gap from the industry; this compilation is set to make a huge impact.
Dropping on to the eagerly awaiting fan base on May 11th through Fiction, the single will be a snippet of the amazing things to expect in the coming months, and what’s more proving the band are back to create more of the solid sound we resemble with the five some.
Written and produced themselves, they then went on to speak about ‘Marks to Prove it’ as a ‘Frenetic burst if joy’. Hugo White (guitarist) said ‘these new songs are a reminder why we started the band’ adding emphasis to the enthusiasm of them being back.
