In addition to this, the financial situation has to work for you and you’ll want a landlord who will listen to any problems that arise and remedy them as quickly as possible.
Issues with landlords can and do unfortunately arise though, so to see what tenants, including students, young professionals and families, up and down the country thought of their landlords, CIA Insurance conducted a survey exploring many different aspects.
