Future Talent Awards

It’s come to that time of the year when all the preparations for Christmas start to begin. Whether it be decorating the house, buying gifts or picking out your favourite Christmas films to watch with the family. We all have our own preferences to which Christmas films we like to watch over the  holidays, but here are the top films I would recommend.

Elf
This is a classic! The perfect Christmas film to get everyone in the festive mood and to give the whole family something to laugh about over Christmas. This spectacular Christmas film will take you on a journey with an Elf (Will Ferrell) who is sent from the North Pole to the U.S to find the true nature of himself.

Home Alone
This is personally my all – time favourite Christmas film. This is no ordinary Christmas film. The film is about an 8 – year old boy (Macaulay Culkin) who is left home alone whilst the rest of his family go on their Christmas holiday. Whilst they’re away he must protect his home from two burglars.

Polar Express
This animated Christmas Film featuring Tom Hanks will teach the family about the spirit of Christmas and what it means to different people. The film features a boy finding adventure whilst travelling on the Polar Express to the North Pole.

The Snowman
This is also an animated film about a young boy who makes friends with a snowman only for it to come alive during the night. This is a short film, only about 30 minutes long, but it gives the theme of Christmas in a different way to other Christmas films. This a wordless film which means people see the story being told through the movements of the character. This is not one to miss!

Abodus - Live until 29th Sep 24

There are so many Christmas films to choose from and each bring there own way of providing Christmas spirit to the whole family.
