So on 24th January, it is Peanut Butter Day! Yes, it is a thing and yes, I am definitely going to be using this as an excuse to indulge in all things PB. So, in celebration of the delicious day, here are 3 simple ways to add some peanut butter into your meals and snacks.

Peanut Butter Toasties

Take some bread, toast it and add a generous helping of peanut butter – peanut butter toasties – simples! Great for breakfast or brunch with some strawberries on the side. Especially tastes yummy when the peanut butter is slightly melted from the warm freshly toasted bread.

Apples with Peanut Butter Dip

Cut up some apple slices and dip it in some peanut butter for a quick snack. This is especially good for satisfying that sweet craving you get in the middle of the day. I’ve heard that this snack is (somewhat) healthy for you!

Peanut Butter Cookies

This one is my favourite, because dessert is my weakness. Find a simple chocolate chip cookie recipe online and add a blob or two of peanut butter into it. This tastes so so so good when the chocolate chips melt into the peanut butter and create a heavenly mix of flavours.
