Not Into Running The London Marathon?

With the London Marathon come and gone, I suddenly feel motivated to be more fit and healthy. There’s phases that I go through when I want to be super healthy and get toned for the summer but then I sit in bed and eat all the possible junk food there is in the house.

I’m sure many of you struggle with this too so here are a few at home workouts you can do that require no equipment – just you!


Also recommend doing some at home DVD’s. Shaun T’s Insanity is honestly one of the best workouts! Charlotte Crosby’s 3 Minute Bum Blitz is not only good for toning your butt, but overall body toning too.
