Dieting, ughhhh!! From a lover of food, it’s one of the hardest things I have ever done.  In society we are obsessed with losing weight but we can be so lazy and do as little as possible when it comes to trying to lose the weight or, we can put ourselves on these ridiculous diets that end up making us ill. But, I do have some good news for you, I have found a drink, a tea in fact that will help with your weight loss whilst eating healthily and an occasional cheeky treat on a hungover Sunday. It’s only temporary and could get you into the habit of living a healthier life.

Bootea 14 Day Teatox, a tea that meant I was able to keep up my tea addiction whilst also lose weight, what a delight! Teatox comes in two forms – the Daytime Cleanse and the Bedtime Cleanse. Every morning when you wake up, instead of your normal Yorkshire or Tetley tea you’ll have one of these instead and one before you go to sleep at night. You simply just put the tea bag in and fill you cup with ¾ of boiling water.

The Bedtime Cleanse is designed to be taken every other night whereas the Daytime Cleanse is every day. This is because Bedtime Cleanse contains a laxative and your body wouldn’t be able to cope with this on a daily basis, and I won’t go into details buuuuut, trust me it does really works.

The tea is designed to increase your metabolism, burn fat and calories whilst helping with the digestion of food, helping with your skin and reduce your appetite. But in order for it to work you do have to eat well and work out. By working out I mean regular exercise such as walking, running, cycling or swimming.

 

I guess the question that you’re all waiting to know the answer to is, did it work? Yes it did! But, if I had exercised a bit more my results would have been even better! As well drinking the tea twice a day I was eating well and cutting out the junk! In the two weeks I lost 4.5 lbs all together which for me was fab!
