Let’s face it, we already know how this works. School starts, we’re excited, the workload comes down on us like a ton of bricks and *BOOM* – we are on the verge of insanity. Even though that may be the case, it is definitely still important to look good! You could meet your future husband in that exam room girl, put on a decent face! So here are my 5 beauty must haves for pulling yourself together after the inevitable all nighters, drunken late nights or coming back from hell itself.

Volumizing Mascara

NEVER underestimate the power of a good mascara; that thing works wonders girl. I think we all know how to apply mascara, but make sure you get the blackest one they have! Apply to both the top and bottom lashes for extra drama.

Eye Drops For Redness

This is going to pull your face together in one step. White eyes are the best eyes. Pop those drops in your eyes and watch your face brighten up within seconds.

Tip: Do this before your mascara to avoid smudging.

Now, you may need two concealers but that’s okay, you gotta do what ya gotta do. First you need a correcting concealer for dark circles or redness – it all depends on what you suffer with. Next, you will need a brightening concealer or one to match your skin depending on what look you’re going for. This is mainly for the under eye, but go ahead and use it on any other problem areas you may have.

You cannot go wrong with a little powder on your face. Again, you have the option of a translucent powder to deal with the shine, or a powder that matches your skin tone in order to blur any imperfections you wish to hide. Either way, powder is a staple item.

Lip Balm

You may be so run down that it would take too much effort to accurately apply lipstick to create the perfect pout, so that leaves us with the trusty old lip balm. I suggest lip balm because it’s not as sticky as some glosses and it’s purpose is to hydrate your lips all day with easy reapplication.
