CRISPY CHEDDAR CHICKEN
Looks good and tastes even better! Simply dip your chicken breasts in milk, followed by cheddar, and then roll them in bread crumbs. Just bake and serve with a nice salad and hot jacket potato. Easy!

EGG AND BACON STUFFED MUSHROOMS
This is a great one if you’re trying to get away from the carbs! Get some large portabella mushrooms, remove the stalk, and then roast them for 10 minutes. Sprinkle in some cooked bacon and grated cheddar before cracking an egg inside each mushroom. Bake for another 10 minutes and serve.

TOMATO AND BACON PASTA
Fry some bacon and an onion in an oiled pan. Add chopped mushroom and peas and cook before adding tinned chopped tomatoes. Stick in some mixed herbs and heat through. Cook some pasta and then add that to the tomato mixture and stir. Grate some cheese on top for extra flavour!

STUFFED SWEET POTATOES
This sounds too good! Bake a sweet potato, cut in half and scoop it’s insides out! Mash the insides with salt and pepper, butter, grated cheddar and tiny bits of cooked bacon. Stuff it back inside the potato skin and then grate some more cheese on top.
