His mission is to get men cooking healthy, easy, quick and enjoyable meals on a daily basis. We caught up with Jonny to learn how to eat like a pro…

Q1. Hi Jonny, thanks so much for taking the time to speak to us! How’s everything with you at the moment? What have you been up to lately?

Yeah everything is going really well, enjoying some time off.


Q2. How has your career developed into the place it’s in today?

Starting off at le manoir with Raymond blanc gave me the grounding and training to use onboard the private yachts and houses I worked in, then transferring those skills to my meal prep and private chef business today!


Q3. What’s been the strangest dish you’ve ever had to make?

My guys are really easy to cook for, I’ve had some traditional dishes from various countries but nothing that would knock your socks off.Jonny Marsh

Q4. Who is the healthiest player you’ve worked with?

My players are all healthy when they work with me…. ha!


Q5. How did you learn what footballers/athletes need to eat?

When I first started working with the players I had to crash course and learned as much as I could, as quick as I could! A lot of on the job training but using knowledge I already knew.

Q6. What’s been you best career moment so far?

Biggest career moment? Has to be getting the call from Man City “Kevin De Bruyne needs a chef”

Q8. Any advice for future chefs?

Experiment in the kitchen! You never know what you may discover


Q9. Any advice for eating healthy on the go?

More meals smaller portions.
