When I was in the bachelor course, I worked part-time for a week and never took a day off. Although I earn money, I didn’t feel right. My mind was frustrated, and I end up leaving that part-time job. After I started a new part-time job that 5 days a week, I continued it until the undergrad program’s last year.

So, a day off help you to sustain your time stable for a longer time. You can make a rigorous timetable overnight but can’t follow it for more days. So, it is better to take a day off in a week.

  1. Avoid multitasking:

People tend to multitask to save time, but multi-taking can eventually result in productive work. Even it is not advisable to eat while you are studying. If you have full concentration on one work, you can give your 100% affords and you will feel satisfied after complication of that work. So, it would be best if you avoided multitasking.

  1. Avoid Distraction:

In comparison to the past, it is very challenging to be concentrated these days – there are so many things that can distract you from working or studying. Social media and the temptation to watch the latest trending series on Netflix being the biggest distractions. If you find yourself easily distracted by either and without the will power to stop using them, try to allocate specific time to each to allow you to get enough focused time on studies and work.

  1. Take care of your physical and mental health:

You must care about your mental and physical health because you can work effectively if you are healthy. You can use meditation and products from an online vape shop to ease your mind. It will help to relax your mind.
