Varsity

Every year, the varsity is held at either the Centre for Sport, Headington Campus, or Reading University’s Whiteknights Campus. Varsity is the most important sports event of the year! Athletes participate in 21 different sports, ranging from American Football to Ultimate Frisbee. When you win a game, you receive points. The teams battle for the prestigious Varsity trophy.

Everyone is free to watch. Go watch some fantastic sports while cheering on your friends, teammates, and university classmates. Whatever your motivation, it’s a fantastic day out that celebrates everything wonderful about being a student at either Oxford Brooks or the University Of Reading.

Attending a society will make you feel like a true member of your university’s community.
