EartH is a multi-space music + arts venue based in Dalston. Recent headline acts include: Vampire Weekend, James Acaster, Joy Crookes, Benji B, Little Simz + Idles.
The venue consists of a stunning recently discovered art deco theatre that has been brought back to life since closing in the ‘70s; an expansive subterranean hall perfect for late club nights; and a bar + kitchen hosting upcoming artists and DJs from the local East London scene.
We bring together both the leading, rising and most important talents of all fields under one roof and provide a vital new home for this in London, for people of all different ages. At EartH, people from all walks of life meet, listen, watch, dance and enjoy all that artistic endeavour and creativity has to offer.
Programming prioritises artists, individuals and groups who attempt to innovate, progress and collaborate their craft to push creativity forwards. We present a very carefully considered calendar of events to audiences as a truly exciting, essential and dynamic new force in the arts.
The schedule looks to be increasingly balanced, inclusive and reflective of the way in which great cities like London thrive on variation, integration and forward-thinking. To this end, we are a signatory of Keychange and have pledged to work towards a 50/50 gender split in our programming by 2022. We are also signatories of Good Night Out and the Mayor of London’s Women Night Safety Charter, to ensure that anyone who attends our venue has the best time in the safest and most supportive environment that we can provide.

Rate: £10 per hour
EartH is looking for enthusiastic people to join our Venue Team. A full list of roles we are looking for spans: bar tenders, bar backs, cloakroom staff and door staff. However, if you have a preference for one of these, please let us know in your cover letter.
Qualities we are looking for in candidates include: excellent customer service, drinks knowledge + bar experience, and enjoyment of the late-night bar and music scene.
