I certify that I am the rights holder for this video, or that I have the express permission of the rights holder to submit this video to The Student Pocket Guide (SPG) for publishing on SPG web properties.

Video Publishing Acknowledgement (*)

I understand that the video I am submitting may be published to SPG web properties including, but not limited to, YouTube, TheStudentPocketGuide.com, Twitter, Facebook, and any other avenues of promotion, as determined by SPG according to the terms of this agreement, which I have read and agree to.

Termination Clause(*)

I understand that participation in the SPG video system is at will and you agree that this license may only be terminated by mutual agreement between all the parties*

Exclusivity(*)

I certify that I am the rights holder, capable of granting an exclusive license to SPG over my content submitted hereto, and thereby agree to grant an exclusive license for SPG use, at SPGs discretion. SPG may assign such licensed rights at will. I further undertake not to enter any future agreements over my content with any third parties, as required by the exclusivity of this agreement and will forward any communications regarding my content to SPG, as the new license holder
