This year, The Alchemist, a master in mixology with an expertly crafted drinks menu launched its first ever Augmented Reality cocktail menu and app, The Conjurer. The interactive app offers an immersive experience by opening up a world of hidden elixirs through a unique theatrical menu where you can unlock secret cocktails across all of The Alchemist sites.
The Augmented Reality menu consists of six delicious cocktails with each cocktail drawing inspiration from childhood memories such as; Seaside Sour (Monkey Shoulder Whisky, citric acid, hyfoamer and seaweed) and the High Tea (Hendrick’s Gin, earl grey, lemon, Champagne foam). The cocktail menu reveals an unknown world of theatre‐served, with every cocktail having a nostalgic story igniting fond memories.
Download The Conjurer app to enter the hidden experience by opening the app and focusing the camera on the augmented reality coaster. Once you have conjured up all six elements on the menu in the form of six cocktails, a ‘secret elixir’ will be unlocked – giving the you Alchemist status and unveiling the secret cocktail ‐ The Hidden Elixir which you can then buy.
