Future Talent Awards

Theatre is the place to explore and enter a world of creativity and storytelling.

Often this is understood in relation to what’s on stage, but it shouldn’t stop in the auditorium. At Norwich Theatre, the front of house, box office, café, restaurant, bars and lounges are all spaces in which creative experiences are encouraged. By coming to one of Norwich Theatre’s three venues, Royal, Playhouse or Stage Two, you can immerse yourself in Norwich’s vibrant creative arts scene.

The Playhouse bar is a great place to chill out and have a drink with friends. It boasts an amazing outdoor area right by the river, perfect to soak up the theatre atmosphere that hosts some fabulous shows before they become the next big thing.

For a spot to take a break from the city, look no further than the Café Royal, where you can grab a barista-made coffee, freshly made cakes or locally produced sandwiches. You’re welcome to work from the café and with plenty of seating upstairs with plugs you can spread out.

If you have an itch to do something creative, Norwich Theatre is the home to trying something new. From pioneering projects to workshops and free events, our creative engagement activities are diverse, just like our audience.

On all three of our stages, you will get a great night out from comedians and experimental shows at the Playhouse, musicals and dramas at Norwich Theatre Royal and you can support local talent and new artists in Stage Two. Booking is easy online or at the Box Office in Norwich Theatre Royal, Concessionary prices for under 25s apply on the majority of our performances and you can even bag yourself some £10 tickets for the biggest musicals.

Abodus - Live until 29th Sep 24

We hope to welcome you to the theatre community very soon!
