Future Talent Awards

It’s the programme we’ve all been eagerly been waiting is back, The Great British Bake Off otherwise known as GBBO- as you hard core fans will know. In much anticipation we’ve been waiting for Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood to brace our TVs on a Wednesday night (BBC1, 8pm), but we can’t forget the duo that is Mel and Sue, who for me are the last ingredients to create the perfect show (pardon the pun, I couldn’t help myself).

We are looking forward to many show stoppers that we may attempt at home but sadly will never quite look the same. Testing technical challenges that are going to push the contestants this series, as they try and impress Mary and Paul with their culinary skills in the hope that they survive another week. We will be there every step of the way through their emotional baking journey- with of course a cup of tea and slice of cake in hand.

It seems the GBBO has caught the nations heart as we count down the days for the next episode, the anticipation is already eating away to see what next week has in store for us.

Let’s sit back and secretly enjoy the contestants squirm as they panic over making the perfect lemon drizzle cake and letting out a little giggle with how many blue plasters we are going to see throughout the series.
