The newly branded SPGtv YouTube channel has officially launched! This is where we showcase exclusive interviews, acoustic sessions and performances with the stars of the entertainment industry who you want to see! We have been working hard this year, very hard in fact, travelling the four corners of the country (quite literally) getting the best possible content we can for you to enjoy. Our latest projects you ask? Here are a selection of our personal favourites:

Ben Howard – This guy really is the man of the moment. He has stormed into the charts this year and seen his popularity grow from strength to strength. We caught up with him on his UK tour for an in-depth chat about his journey so far and the story behind the amazing ‘Keep Your Head Up’ music video – which, by the way, is one of four tracks you can listen to during the interview. Check it out, it makes lovely viewing.

Larmer Tree Festival – A relatively small festival but epic all the same. We had a great time at this year’s event and came away with some fantastic stuff. Two artists you have to check out are LA’s Vintage Trouble and Somerset’s Gabrielle Aplin. Two contrasting sessions but equally as impressive. To check these out go to our channel and click on the SPGtv Acoustic Sessions playlist. You won’t be disappointed!

The View – The View are a massively underrated rated band in the British music scene who have had two of their albums break into the top 10, with their first, ‘Hats Off to the Buskers’ reaching number one. We were lucky enough to catch up with frontman Kyle Falconer at the brilliant Kendal Calling, who played for us an exclusive acoustic of their new single ‘How Long’ on a ukulele!
