When going through a rough break-up it’s easy to turn to chocolate, ice-cream and emotional songs. However much you believe this will help, it wont. Instead you’ll find yourself gaining weight from all the sugar-filled treats, and you’ll continue to feel terrible as you surround yourself with sad lyrics and melodies.
Instead why not stand up, take control and come out of this failed relationship on top. One of the first actions you need to take is to delete all Adele songs off of your iPod… and replace it with a range of empowering break-up songs.
